Don't use the knob included, once set right it hits pretty hard.

Seemed pretty weak at first, granted I'm still on factory electrical but I have a 136 amp alt so my lights still don't dim and volts don't drop much and probably not getting the full wattage. But I tried to set the gain with a mini o scope and it was all over the place with the included knob but without it it was almost clipping with gain all the way down and head unit at 35 out of 40, so I hooked the subs up and tried some music with the knob there's basically no bass, without it it's me, barely hear it. So I decided to play the 40 hrs -5 dB again and set it by ear and not use the knob, now my gain is half way and I'd have to crank my head unit to get good bass, so I done some adjustments and turned loudness on low and now it sounds amazing and lowish volume, I don't want it really loud anyway. My last amp was a pioneer mono 800rms and it seemed to hit harder. But doesn't have a subsonic filter and I have ported boxes otherwise I might would go back to my pioneer amp. Also I don't use bass boost either and my lpf and hpf is set on my head unit.
