Return and refund Policy

Disclosure: *Elite Auto Gear covers manufacturer defects ONLY. We do not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications. Wear and tear are not considered a manufacturer defect.*

Returns Rules and Qualifications:

1. Return Request Period: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. Condition of Item: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. *Photos of the item are required for approval of return*

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. There is no restocking fee.

5. Return Authorization: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Please contact us at info@eliteautogear.com to start the return process and receive an email of instructions on how to return your package. We request that you reply to our email with your order number.

Elite Auto Gear Reserves the Right to Accept:

• Products damaged by the fault of the customer with traces of installation

• Products with a damaged box

• Products abused by faulty installation

All enclosures are FINAL SALE. It is against our policy to accept returns on items that seem fit at risk of damage during transit the second time around. Please double-check dimensions to ensure fitment for your vehicle and subwoofers before purchasing. You have 30 days to claim any shipping damages. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
