SoundSkins Wavy PLUS is the thickest mat in the SoundSkins closed cell foam lineup, measuring 25mm (984 mil). It is made to keep outside noise out of the cabin and to isolate vibrations and rattles, with 26.92 sq ft of coverage.
The foam comes with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing on release paper, so you peel and stick it in place. The material is waterproof and holds up against mold, mildew, extreme weather, oil and petrol.
It is pliable, compressible, shock resistant and durable, and it leaves no odor. Because it is very light and easy to cut, it fits most panels, including doors, door panels, rear decks and trunk lids.
