DS18 GEN-X110LD 10" Loaded Ported Subwoofer Enclosure with GEN-X104D - 400W RMS, 2-Ohm DS18
The DS18 GEN-X110LD is a ready-to-install bass package: a 10-inch GEN-X104D subwoofer mounted in a front-ported enclosure. The system handles 400 watts RMS and 800 watts max, with 90 dB sensitivity and a 25 to 250 Hz range.
The box has 1.3 cu ft (36.3 L) of internal volume and is tuned to 35 Hz, with an F3 of 29 Hz for deep extension. It is built from 1/2-inch MDF and finished in black carpet.
The GEN-X104D uses a 2-inch voice coil on a black aluminum former, a paper and fiberglass cone, foam surround, steel basket and a 66 oz ferrite magnet. Its dual 4-ohm coils come wired in parallel for a 2-ohm final load. DS18 recommends a 120 Hz low-pass crossover.
